Free Repair : 

Any defects or partial loss ever occurs, please contact us on hello@thetipsystyler.com for free repairs or cheap replacement parts. We want to minimise environmental waste by giving you the chance to wear your accessories for a longer period of time

Refund :

DUE TO HYGIENE PURPOSES,  ALL ACCESSORIES ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCHANGE

1. We only refund items if they are defective or have a partial loss due to our error. In order to get a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when received it. If you would to apply for a refund, take an image of the defective product and send to us. You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item needs to have a proof of the purchase. Once we received and inspected we will immediately inform on your update. ALL PERSONAL DISPLAY HAVE ITS OWN BRIGHTNESS AND SHADE, PLEASE BE MINDFUL WHEN SHOPPING

2. We will refund to you if the item you purchase is out of stock. We will not accept a return if the item is damaged or partial loss not due to our error or RETURNS OR REFUND DUE PERSONAL SUBJECTIVE REASONINGS. IF THE REPLACEMENT PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, YOU MAY SELECT ANOTHER ITEM OR RECEIVE A REFUND.

Shipping for exchanges: 

You are required to pay for the shipping fees and return if you apply for an exchange. If you request a refund, the cost of shipping might be deducted from your refund amount (Shipping costs are non-refundable). If you are sending an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We will not be responsible for parcel loss. You are required to pay for the shipping if you gave us the wrong address. Depending on where you live, the shipping time may vary.
